Over at Joanne's blog she has designed some beautiful Blogger templates from Digital Scrap kits. Included in the downloads are the full instructions on how to beautify your Blogger with her designs. She has gotten permission from some very nice designers to use some of their scrap kits for the Blogger Layout Templates.
