Beachy Tag and lots of Helmar

Hi its me, Veronica. I am so excited to share with you my project using Helmar adhesives and also some awesome Trinity Paper Arts!

I have been using Helmar for a long while and used the Quick Dry 450 liquid adhesive and the Quick-fix permanent adhesive today. I also used my favorite beach paper from Trinity Paper Arts; Surf N Swim.

The first thing I did when making my beachy tag was to cut several layers of the Surf N Swim and adhere it to my tag using the Helmar adhesive runner.

I then added a some gesso to my tag before using the liquid Helmar 450 Quick Dry to adhere my chipboard palm tree. This adhesive is all I use when adhering elements like my seashells, chipboard or buttons.
Hope you enjoyed my show and tell for today.  Happy Scrapping!

Wedding Day

Hi again, Veronica here and I wanted to share a layout I created.  Since my anniversary is right around the corner I have been going through my wedding pictures.  I loved my wedding, we had a great time.  I really enjoy reminiscing when going through my wedding album.  I especially love this photo of hubby and I.

I used the Trinity Paper Arts "Sincerely" collection to make this layout because I thought the colors and patterns were perfect.  I added Magenta chipboard butterflies that I distressed.

I used "frantage" mica flakes by Stampendous on the black butterfly, I embossed with "Lindy's Stamp Gang" powder for the center butterfly; and lastly I covered the 3rd butterfly with the Trinity "Dots A" paper and added some more "Lindy's Stamp Gang" embossing power.  Then I filled in the space inbetween with Petaloo flowers and Basic Grey buttons.

I used the "Noteworthy A" paper to cut out this tag, "I carry your heart with me".  I love this saying, I thought it was perfect to add to my wedding day photo.

I loved sharing my wedding pics with you today, I hope I've inspired you to try a little distressing and some different techniques to your layouts and please go check out this "Sincerely" collection by Trinity Paper Arts!

Happy Scrapping!

Trinity Paper Arts

There is a new paper manufacturer in town. Trinity Paper Arts showed their brand new lines and made a splash at Winter CHA; which included these three collections.

The colors on these collections are deep and rich and they also have a vintage feel to them.  The themes are perfect for all your family photos.

Here are some layouts from two of the Trinity Design Team.  Erika Taylor and Jennifer Priest.
